Consultations and examinations
Examinations with a surgeon in the general hospital ST MEDICA are free of charge, confidential and do not incur any obligation. Discretion is absolutely guaranteed for each patient.
All the examinations in general hospital ST MEDICA are performed by experienced plastic surgeons. When a surgeon determines that the operation agreed with the patient may be performed safely and with a satisfactory result, the next step is to determine the patient’s health condition.
The following is performed before every operation:
- Laboratory analyses
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Internal examination
- Cardiac examination
- Examination by an anesthesiologist
- An anesthesiologist accompanying your surgeon will be present throughout the whole operation.
If the results of analyses are within normal range, the patient may be operated on, since plastic surgery cannot be performed on every patient. This is extremely important at our hospital.
